Our Story

Abeja Rosa was born in a Christian home, out of a simple but powerful decision: we were done with the junk.

As a mom of five and a registered nurse, I knew exactly what was going into the products we were putting on our bodies every day — and I wasn't okay with it anymore. So I did what any determined, faith-filled mom would do: I started making our own.

It began with the essentials — a muscle rub for sore, tired bodies and a vapor rub for sick little ones. Clean ingredients. No fillers. No toxins. Just plant-based goodness that actually worked. Word spread, and what started as a kitchen project became something much bigger.

From there, Abeja Rosa grew to include a full line of natural beauty products — face serums, eye rollers, anti-aging creams, healing salves, and luxurious lotions — all crafted with the same commitment to purity and intentionality that started it all.

More Than Products

Today, Abeja Rosa is expanding into something we've always believed wellness should include: faith. As a nurse and a Christian wellness coach, I now offer coaching services designed specifically for moms who are overwhelmed, exhausted, and ready for real, lasting change — body, mind, and spirit.

Because true wellness isn't just about what you put on your body. It's about how you nourish your soul, manage your stress, and show up for the life God designed you to live.
